Our programs are not for the feint hearted.  We teach the skills to develop you into a professional trainer, and our standards are very high.

Our Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is, we believe, the best in Australia.  It is not for people who just want a piece of paper.  This course is for professionals who want to be the best they can be. PEP professional trainers have researched, explored and tested a range of techniques that are recognised world wide as the best for training excellence.

It is a full body sport. Participants can expect to be practicing and drilling skills, being front of room regularly, and learning from experience. These techniques come from a range of disciplines, philosophies and environments including, Applied psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Education, VET Sector and Stage & Theatre.

Our World Class Trainers Training is the culmination of everything that PEP has always done well.   Included on our program is:

To do all these courses  would cost in the area of $6,500.   Our Cert IV program costs $3,995.00 or $3,500.00 early bird (pay by 31 July, 2009). 

This is a 12 day program delivered in four 3 day chunks.  The dates for the next program are:
